By using MyPostalPay.com (“the site”), you agree to these terms of use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect any change, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Everything on this site — calculators, news coverage, guides, and analysis — is provided for general informational and planning purposes only. Nothing here is financial, tax, legal, investment, or retirement advice, and nothing here is official USPS, OPM, SSA, TSP, or union guidance. Calculator outputs are estimates based on published pay scales, contract terms, and standard formulas; your actual pay, leave, annuity, and benefits are determined solely by official sources. Always verify against your earnings statement, PS Form 50, LiteBlue, your HR office, or the relevant agency before making decisions.

Accuracy and Updates

We work to keep pay scales, dates, and rules current — each tool shows its last-updated date — but pay tables change with COLAs and contract actions, and errors are possible. We make no warranty that any content is accurate, complete, or current, and the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. If you spot an error, please tell us — pay scale corrections are our highest priority.

No Affiliation

MyPostalPay is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Postal Service, the Office of Personnel Management, the Social Security Administration, the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, APWU, NALC, NPMHU, NRLCA, or any other government agency or postal union. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the programs and organizations discussed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPostalPay and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including decisions made based on calculator estimates. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.

Acceptable Use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape the site at scale, attempt to disrupt or compromise it, misrepresent its content as official government or union information, or republish substantial portions of our content without permission. Brief quotations with a link back are always welcome.

Advertising and Third-Party Links

The site may display advertising served by Google AdSense and links to third-party websites (union sites, government resources, news sources). We don’t control third-party content and aren’t responsible for it. Ad-related data practices are described in our privacy policy.

Mutual Exchange Board

The Mutual Exchange Finder is an informal community matching board only. A listing, match, message, or contact made through MyPostalPay is not an official USPS request, approval, eligibility determination, or contractual interpretation. Users are responsible for confirming that a proposed exchange is permitted and for completing all required USPS and union procedures.

Do not post phone numbers, personal email addresses, home addresses, employee identification numbers, EINs, route details, medical information, or other sensitive personal or employment information. By submitting a listing, you represent that you have the right to publish the content and contact information you provide.

MyPostalPay may remove, close, or restrict listings that appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, misleading, unsafe, or unrelated to legitimate postal mutual exchange matching. We do not guarantee the identity of a poster, the accuracy of a listing, the availability of an exchange, or the outcome of any contact between users.
